Deborah Gautier M.A. UKRC. BAPPS. BACP Snr. Accred. Counsellor
I am an experienced, fully qualified counsellor and supervisor. My practice is conveniently located in the West End W1, 2 minutes walk from Oxford Circus.
Is counselling right for me?
Counselling provides a boundaried and safe space that allows you to explore your feelings. When we understand ourselves, we are more able to understand why we respond the way we do and therefore feel able to be more genuine and make the right choices.
Some of the problems that I regularly work with are:
- Stress and anxiety
- Relationships, partners and friendships
- Depression and low mood
- Loss and bereavement
- Low self esteem, lack of confidence, assertiveness
- Family issues, conflict
- Sexual identity
- Work related issues
Am I the right person for you?
I am a professionally trained, accredited and experienced counsellor in Central London’s West End (W1), with a great breadth of experience. At the initial assessment session, I will be trying to establish if I am the right person to help you. If I am unable to help you and we decide not to continue, I will endeavour to find you a good onward referral.
What do I do now?
To find out more, or arrange an initial assessment session, contact me via telephone on 07789 963 447 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
